Dickinson Law is pleased to announce that three of its attorneys have been named as Shareholders in the firm.

Regan Wilson practices in family law and general civil litigation. Her family law practice focuses on child custody and complex property dispute matters. Wilson also works with general civil litigation clients in contract disputes, construction disputes, business dissolutions and employment law. She has extensive trial experience in the fifth, second, and eighth judicial districts in Iowa.

Cody Edwards leads the firm’s state and local tax practice and focuses on sales, use, and property tax controversy and litigation, multistate taxation, and general sales and use tax counseling. Edwards has successfully represented before Departments of Revenue taxpayers of all sizes in industries including construction, manufacturing, health care, hospitality, technology, and agriculture.

Dale Knoshaug practices primarily in litigation, including more than 30 years’ experience as a trial attorney in Iowa with an extensive background in personal injury and employment law. He has represented employers in state and federal court, defending claims of employment discrimination, ADA, FMLA and wage and hour violations.
