Our attorneys also have extensive experience representing debtors, lenders, secured creditors and unsecured creditors, in all aspects of corporate restructurings, foreclosures, receiverships, loan workouts, the liquidation of companies, the collection and repayment of debts, and the sale and purchase of distressed assets and businesses.
