Attorney and Shareholder Regan Wilson is an experienced litigator who has been practicing in a wide range of family law for more than seven years, assisting clients through the oftentimes complex legal process of divorce, child custody, modifications, property division, and other related issues and disputes.
She is known for her compassionate counsel and capable representation, guiding her clients to an agreeable resolution – all at a time that can be stressful and emotionally draining for all parties involved.
“Family law matters are frequently the first time clients need to seek the services of a lawyer,” Regan said. “I fully explain the process, the terminology, and what to expect. It’s my approach to provide strong representation that helps solidify a satisfactory outcome and to help ease any anxiety for my clients throughout the process.”
As a mother, Regan can empathize with the effect of divorce and custody matters on a client’s children and is a resource to clients concerning how to positively impact their children’s experience with the changes in their family.
In addition to child custody matters, Regan handles complex property disputes involving self-employment income, business valuations, family farm operations, inheritance and alimony. She stays apprised of current Iowa law and communicates with renowned experts to facilitate the most cost-effective resolution for her clients. She also litigates private termination of parental rights actions and private adoptions.
