New NLRB poster is available - almost

In its discussion of its final rule mandating that virtually all private sector employers post a notice in the workplace about workers' rights under the NLRA, the NLRB said (on page 54028):
The Board has decided to retain the 11×17-inch poster size. . . . [T]he Board will furnish paper copies of the notice, at no charge, to employers that ask for them. Employers that prefer to download and print the notice from the Board's Web site will have two formats available: a one-page 11×17-inch version and a two-page 8 1/2×11-inch version, which must be printed in landscape format and taped together to form the 11×17-inch poster.
Earlier this week, the NLRB made 'the poster' available on its web site. BE CAREFUL. The document on the agency's web site is 8.5 inches by 11 inches. So in printing, one will need to adjust the paper size to match the size requirements of the rule 11 x 17. It can be done, but don't print the document as it is presently available from the NLRB. We hope the agency will have the poster available in the promised formats in the near future.
