Forbes Names Mollie Pawlosky to America’s Best-In-State Lawyers List

We’re excited to announce that the editorial team at Forbes has named Shareholder Attorney Mollie Pawlosky to its inaugural list of America’s Best-In-State Lawyers.

Mollie’s practice at Dickinson Bradshaw specializes in complex commercial litigation, collections and creditors rights, construction litigation and appellate work.

Vetted through outside nominations, independent research and consultation with experts and industry insiders, the list recognizes an elite group of lawyers from all 50 states, across a variety of specializations. In Iowa, only six attorneys were named to the prestigious list.

Considerations
While top lawyers are practicing across the country, those who stand out on the Forbes list reportedly demonstrate a renewed focus on customer service in today’s increasingly competitive legal market, as well as the ability to transition from mere legal advisors to strategic navigators. Methodology
To create the inaugural list, Forbes assembled an editorial team with wide experience in law practice, coverage of legal news, and knowledge of the legal marketplace. The team then identified a wide pool of eligible candidates through hundreds of interviews with industry insiders, outside nominations, editorial research, and an independent advisory board of experts.

To qualify for consideration, lawyers are required to be active and licensed, and thousands of attorneys from a variety of backgrounds, specializations and jurisdictions were ultimately considered.
