Attorney John Lande of Dickinson Bradshaw recently appeared on the nationally syndicated Price of Business radio show to discuss how fraudsters are the real payment experts in the world of banking.
In the episode, Lande discusses with host Kevin Price the specific provisions of U.S. law that allow fraudsters to transfer funds into bank accounts they control, as well as create counterfeit checks that can bypass fraud detection devices.
