Dickinson Bradshaw Partners with SHRM to Encourage Civility at Work
Posted on 03/20/2024 at 09:54 AM by The Newsroom
We are over-the-moon to announce our partnership with the Society for Human Resource Management’s 1M Civil Conversations Initiative at our 2024 Employment Law Seminar.
Uncivil behavior at work is becoming more and more commonplace — and difficult for human resources professionals to navigate. Dickinson Bradshaw and SHRM want to help turn tough conversations into teamwork, discord into dialogue, and conflict into opportunity. At this year’s seminar on Thursday, May 23, we’ll have information about the SHRM Initiative, a role playing activity, branded giveaways, and even more. All of it will help Iowa employers support civil dialogue in their workplaces, one conversation at a time.
You can find more information about this SHRM Initiative here.
