Introduction
Mary Zambreno has extensive trial experience as a member of the firm’s Litigation Group and experience in regulatory compliance as a member of the firm’s Banking Group.
Mary focuses her practice on serving clients who are either going through the emotional process of divorce or dealing with modifications to decrees after their marriages have already been dissolved. She is an experienced advocate for her clients, determined to reach the outcome that will best position them for a financially stable future. Mary handles complex custody and visitation issues, property division, and alimony and child support questions. Recognizing that some divorce matters are able to be handled more amicably than others, and that each case presents individual and unique issues, Mary is trained in collaborative divorce agreements. Mary also drafts prenuptial agreements and represents families in adoption proceedings.
In addition to her family law experience, Mary handles regulatory and compliance issues for the firm’s banking clients, as well as complex banking and business-related litigation, having represented the firm’s clients in financial issues related to mortgages, third-party vendor agreements, and the like.
