Background

Skilled advocate, negotiator, and litigator with 25 years’ diversified experience in a wide variety of cases both federal and state, arbitration hearings, and client matters for both plaintiffs and defendants involving complex business litigation, commercial torts, construction defects, agricultural transactions, personal injury and insurance coverage issues.

Corporate law handling on a regular and ongoing basis corporate and general business law matters. Justin also serves on a number of boards and is admitted before the Supreme Court of Iowa and Florida, U. S. Supreme Court, Eighth and Eleventh United States Court of Appeals, United States District Courts in Iowa, Florida and Nebraska.

General Counsel experience with responsibility to negotiate, prepare, review, analyze and advise on transactions, business arrangements/operations, risk assessment, joint ventures, partnerships, strategic alliances, proposals, and all licenses, contracts and agreements. Corporate counsel with active participation role in management meetings and decisions.
