Introduction
Jason Madden is a shareholder at Dickinson Bradshaw and has been practicing with the Firm since 1997. He has represented individuals and corporations in state and federal courts in Iowa, the Midwest and other jurisdictions. He has significant trial and litigation experience as part of his current practice in the areas of product liability, toxic torts, agricultural law, insurance and general litigation. During his career, Jason has represented various Fortune 500 manufacturers and suppliers of heavy equipment, automobiles, aviation products, medical devices and consumer products in commercial and personal injury lawsuits and disputes. He has also served as Iowa counsel and assisted manufacturers nationally in handling toxic tort lawsuits, including asbestos-related claims.
Jason’s agricultural background has also led to representation of individuals and corporate interests in commercial and personal injury disputes for egg producers, swine and cattle producers and commodity interests.
Jason is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and involved in various professional organizations. He is active in the community through service on the board of non-profit organizations, church activities and youth coaching.
