Introduction
As an Associate at the firm, Brennan has a practice that is focused on solving legal matters for her clients, including advising individuals, startups and established business clients in the areas of Business Formation, Bankruptcy, Business Law, Corporate Governance, Corporate Reorganization, and Contracts & Agreements.
She also assists organizations and government entities with their Construction, Real Estate and Municipal Law needs, as well as serving financial institutions in the areas of Banking Law and Regulatory Compliance.
Brennan received her undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Iowa and her Juris Doctorate degree (with high honors) from Drake Law School. While she completed her legal training, Brennan gained valuable experience in her work as the Online Editor of the Drake Law Review, and served as a Summer Associate at Dickinson Bradshaw in 2022.
