Brendan joined the firm in 2022. He has worked on numerous files for major insurance companies and their insureds evaluating pre-suit claims, assessing coverage and handling litigation-related matters. Pre-suit evaluation and litigated files have involved primarily construction or product liability claims, complex procedural matters, and coverage claims.
Mr. McGuire is a member of Dickinson Bradshaw's litigation and trial law practice group. Brendan specializes in the practice areas of Litigation and Trial Law and Insurance Law and Litigation. He earned his J.D. in 2022 from the University of Iowa College of Law. He graduated in 2019 from the University of Iowa, earning a BBA in Management and Organization.
